TintRev is a revenue platform for window tint shops. It answers the calls and texts a shop misses, quotes the job in the shop's own prices, books it, takes the deposit, and follows up afterward, as one connected system rather than four vendors and a spreadsheet.

Get found

The website, the search terms that matter in your town, the Google profile and the reviews attached to it. The site is the front door, not a side project, so it is part of the platform rather than something you buy somewhere else and hope connects.

Answer every opportunity

Calls, texts, web forms and social messages, answered in seconds, at any hour, including the missed-call text-back that catches the customer who was already dialling the next shop. This is the stage that pays for the rest, because most shops are not short of interest, they are short of answers.

Sell

A recommendation first and alternatives second, quoted from your price list, with the upgrade offered once and dropped when the answer is no. Never a made-up number.

Book and get paid

The appointment lands on your calendar around the jobs already on it, the deposit link goes out in the same thread, and the balance is collected at the counter.

It was built inside a working tint shop

TintRev did not start as a product looking for a trade. It started at Exzact Window Tinting, one shop on the Florida panhandle, answering that shop's real customers about real cars. Every rule in the system exists because a live conversation went wrong once and somebody had to fix it that afternoon.

Your prices, your rules, never invented

The system quotes from your price list and nothing else. If it does not know a price, it says so and hands the conversation to a person. A quote that invents a number is worse than no quote, because you have to honour it or start the relationship by walking it back.

The shop stays in charge

You are not training a model. You give it an instruction the way you would give one to a new hire, and it follows the instruction. Owners command, they do not coach. Anything the system promises a customer, it can actually do, because it is only allowed to promise what it has a tool for.

One system instead of four

Website, search, phone, quoting, scheduling, payment, follow-up and reporting, connected end to end. The platform is not sold in pieces, so there is no version of this where the scheduling vendor blames the phone vendor.

Every conversation is visible to you from the first day. Nothing the system does is hidden from the shop that owns it, and anything it is unsure about comes to a person rather than getting guessed at.

You can leave

Month to month is a real option, not a penalty box. There is a twelve-month plan that folds the setup cost into it, and there is a month-to-month plan where you pay the setup up front instead of committing to the year. After the first year, the twelve-month plan goes month to month too.

Frequently asked questions

Is TintRev just a chatbot?

No. A chatbot answers questions. TintRev quotes a specific vehicle from your price list, puts the appointment on your calendar, sends the deposit link, collects the balance and asks for the review, and it reports what each of those was worth. The conversation is the visible part, not the product.

Will it make up a price?

It cannot. It quotes from your price list and nothing else. When it does not have a price for what somebody asked about, it says so and brings a person in rather than guessing.

Do I have to replace my website?

No. If your site is good, we connect it and the launch fee does not apply. If it is holding you back, the launch is $3,000 one time and you pick from three directions built on your brand.

Am I locked in?

Only if you pick the twelve-month plan, and only for that year. The month-to-month plan has no term at all; you pay the setup up front instead of committing to the year.

Who answers when the system cannot?

Your shop. Anything outside what it has been told, anything that needs a judgement call, and anything a customer is unhappy about goes to a person at the shop rather than being answered badly.

Does it work outside window tint?

The platform is built for tint and film shops specifically, which is why it knows what a windshield strip is and that shade percentages run backwards. That focus is the point. We are not trying to be software for every trade.
