These terms cover tintrev.com and the text message program TintRev runs from it. Using the site or requesting a demo means you accept them. Our privacy policy says what we collect and how it is used.
Text message program
- What the program is
- When you request a demo on tintrev.com and tick the consent box, TintRev texts you to set up the demo, to send you what we showed you, and to follow up on it. That is the whole program: conversations about your demo and about becoming a TintRev customer.
- How to opt in
- Enter your mobile number in the "Get a demo" form and tick the box that reads "Text me about my demo". The box is unchecked by default and optional. Consent to texts is not a condition of requesting a demo or of buying anything; leave it unticked and we will call you.
- Message frequency
- Varies. Typically a handful of messages around your demo and a few follow-ups after it.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply, charged by your carrier under your plan.
- How to opt out
- Reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation text and nothing further. You can also email hello@tintrev.com.
- Help
- Reply HELP to any message, email hello@tintrev.com, or text +1 615 866 5779.
- Carriers
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.
- Privacy
- Your number and your consent are handled as described in the privacy policy, and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Using the site
- The examples on tintrev.com are illustrations of the platform. Prices, names, vehicles and conversations shown in the demos are fictitious unless a page says otherwise; measured results quote the shop they were measured at.
- Do not submit someone else's phone number, scrape the site, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
- The site and its content belong to TintRev. You may read and share it; you may not copy it into a product or a site of your own.
The platform itself
Shops that use the TintRev platform do so under a separate customer agreement, which governs the service, its fees and the handling of the shop's own customer data. Nothing on this site changes that agreement.
No warranty on the site
tintrev.com is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it is error-free or always up, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude.
