TintRev builds and runs the revenue platform used by window tint shops: their website, their calls and texts, quoting, scheduling, payments, follow-up and reporting. This page says what TintRev collects on tintrev.com, what it does with it, and what it will never do with your mobile number.
What we collect, and why
- Your mobile number, when you enter it in the "Get a demo" form. We use it to contact you about the demo you asked for: to arrange it, to send what we showed you, and to follow up on it.
- Your company name and email, if you give them to us during a demo or a conversation, so we can address you properly and send you what you asked for.
- Anonymous usage on this site, measured by our own self-hosted analytics with no cookies: which pages load, from which country and region, and whether the demo form was sent. Nothing here identifies you.
Text messages
If you tick the consent box on the demo form, TintRev may text you at the number you entered to set up your demo and to follow up on it. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. The box is optional: you can request a demo without ticking it, and we will call you instead.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
- We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with any third party or affiliate for their marketing.
- We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.
Who else touches the data
Service providers that TintRev uses to run the platform can process your information on our behalf and only for that purpose: the messaging provider that carries texts and calls, the hosting and network provider that serves this site, and the payment processor when a payment is made. Each is bound to use the information only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
A demo request is kept for as long as the conversation it started is open, and for up to two years afterwards so we can honour your opt-out and answer questions about it. Opting out of texts keeps a record of the opt-out itself, which is how we make sure we do not text you again.
